Our mission
Currently, women only make up about 35% of the tech workforce. Our goal is to encourage more women to join the tech industries, support those already working in tech, and provide an informal yet strong network of support across Sussex.

Living in Sussex and all working in the tech, we’re all about getting more women into the Sussex tech scene and making sure they feel welcome to stay.

Women in Tech Sussex aims to drive change and, most importantly, action, all focused on raising awareness for gender equity in tech. We can’t do it without the support and collaboration of others - so get involved!

Events include workshops, guest speakers and networking opportunities.
